Rezzy Racing started the same way most race shops do in a garage, with a problem nobody had solved right. Riders were settling for wheel sets and components that looked good on a shelf but failed when it mattered: mid-race, deep in a rut, on a track where a broken spoke isn't an inconvenience, it's a DNF.
We built Rezzy Racing to fix that.
How We Make Our Parts
Every Rezzy component starts as raw aluminum or titanium billet. Spokes and hubs are CNC-machined to tight tolerances not cast, not stamped. That process removes the weak spots that form in lower-cost manufacturing and leaves material exactly where strength is needed and nowhere it isn't. The result is a wheel set that's lighter, stiffer, and more durable than anything built to a price point.
Our handlebars start as high-strength aluminum alloy tubing not solid billet. The tube is formed and bent to spec, with variable wall thickness engineered into different zones to cut weight without sacrificing stiffness where it counts. The alloy is heat-treated to hit the right strength and fatigue characteristics, and critical areas like the clamp zone are CNC-machined for precision fit. Every bar is finished and validated against fatigue, impact, and bending tests before it ships. The geometry comes from actual track time, not a focus group.
Our foot pegs are welded, with the mounting section precision-machined from billet. No shortcuts in geometry. Choose real titanium for an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, or stainless steel for proven strength and durability. Both are precision-engineered to handle the demands of racing.
