Returns

  • Returns accepted for 30 days from the delivery date

  • $12.50 flat-rate return shipping (U.S. orders)

  • No restocking fees

  • No final sale items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@rezzyracing.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

  • $12.50 flat-rate return shipping applies to standard returns

  • Free return shipping if the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.
